I just got off the scale and was totally in shock at how heavy i am.I have gone a long time without weighing and i have been going through a rough time in my life right now and turning to food.I am at my all time heaviest,i have never even been close to this heavy before and i am in tears.I need to get this off for my health.I can`t do this alone i need all the support i can get.Any weight loss support buddies out there.
